Although the project main actors, tutors and learners, have reached the envisaged work targets, and the global experience within this group has been positively evaluated, there is always a need of analysing and improving, if necessary. In this context, the Guide for courses evaluation and upgrading, synthesize the relevant aspects and conclusions drawn after each partner evaluation.

4.9. Recommendations for the future projects/Blended Courses
From the feedback questionnaires, the following recommendations for future projects / blended courses have emerged:
- Better highlight of the innovative features of both e-learning and face-to-face courses in order to attract a larger group of motivated specialists;
- The topics should be more related to the market needs, providing examples of practical use of the knowledge;
- Selecting homogenous trainees groups
- Allowing individuals to study according to his/her primary interest
- Dissemination of the best practices between the trainees groups in the partner countries
- Preference for a fully online e-learning course;
- Focusing on fewer modules, innovative and updated;
- To enable the selection of only some of the modules
- Using the forum to answer questions could be more practical than the use of the chat
- More attractive form of presentation of the modules on the e-learning platform
- Upgrading the contents of the e-learning system with new, modern topics
- Further improvements of the e-learning materials and functionalities of the e-learning platform
- On successful completion of the courses, a number of credits should be given to the participants
